If production has not yet started, you may cancel your order and receive a refund. Once production has started, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.

We generally do not accept returns. If you wish to request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team first. We will confirm whether production has started.

If production has not yet started, you may request to cancel your order and receive a refund. Once production has started or the product has been shipped, we cannot accept returns or refunds for personal reasons.

If the product has a confirmed quality issue or is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team. We will review the issue and handle it according to the specific circumstances.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we confirm that production has not yet started and that your order is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund through your original payment method.
